Delivery Area The products offered on our website are delivered exclusively to addresses within the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, we cannot accept orders for delivery addresses outside of the United Kingdom at this time. Products will be sent to the delivery address specified by the customer during the order process.

Shipping Time Your order is typically delivered to you within 4 to 7 business days. The stock status of the products is indicated on our website before the order is prepared and invoiced. Delivery times are calculated excluding weekends and Bank Holidays. Once your products have been dispatched, an automatic notification email containing tracking information will be sent to the email address provided in the customer registration form.

Delivery Times and Costs During the checkout process, the estimated delivery time and shipping cost for the purchased products will be displayed.

Delivery Terms The ordered package is delivered to the customer, and a signature may be required upon receipt. If the customer is not at the address at the time of delivery, the courier company will leave a delivery notification card or send a digital notification. The customer can then arrange for redelivery or collect the package from the specified depot/pickup shop.

Delivery Issues & Delays The customer is informed about the estimated delivery date during the order confirmation stage. Deliveries are made within a maximum of 30 days. If this period is exceeded, the customer must notify the seller in writing at info@montessoriuk.com. If the seller does not perform the delivery within the additional reasonable period notified, the customer may terminate the contract. Upon termination of the contract, the seller shall reimburse the customer for the product price, taxes, and delivery costs without delay. The seller is responsible for the product until it reaches the customer.

Damages During Transport Upon delivery, please inspect the packaging for any damage. If you notice that the product is damaged or missing parts:

  1. Please report the situation to the courier company immediately if possible.

  2. You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the goods at info@montessoriuk.com with photos of the damage.
